Teach What the Industry Actually Needs
IITA's approach to training starts with a simple belief: the best aviation instructors are the people who have done the job. Not just studied it — done it. Flown it, planned it, loaded it, fixed it, or secured it.
If you have substantial operational experience in any area of aviation and a genuine interest in passing that knowledge on to the next generation of professionals, IITA wants to hear from you.
We work with trainers across ground handling, cargo operations, flight operations, aircraft maintenance, cybersecurity, aeronautical English, network management, and recruitment preparation. Our instructors deliver programmes online, with the flexibility to fit around existing professional commitments.
